Ahead of the 2025 AGM, shareholders can:
- Register for the AGM directly in the app, and
- Appoint a proxy in just a few taps—right from your smartphone.
The system is legally sound, user-friendly, and fully integrated with the CIPC. It automatically links your company documents, trust deeds, and title deed conditions to your user profile, so you never have to upload paperwork manually.
Any changes in shareholding or corporate structure? No problem. The app tracks those too, making it easy to update your representative and keep your records current.
