ZKTeco Facial Recognition Readers
ZKTeco’s facial recognition terminals are supported by Wygress, with the SpeedFace V5L as the reference device: a visible-light face reader with optional palm recognition that identifies a person in under 0.35 seconds at 30 cm to 1.7 m, works with a mask on, and holds 10,000 faces, 10,000 cards and 200,000 transactions on the device.
It has a 5-inch 720 × 1280 colour touchscreen, a binocular 2 MP wide-dynamic-range camera with supplementary light for poor lighting, and anti-spoofing against printed photos, video replay and 3D masks. Credentials are face, palm (shape, print and vein in one 0.35-second read), card and password; a QR variant reads codes from the Openitem app. Connectivity is TCP/IP, Wi-Fi 6, RS485 and Wiegand in and out, with lock, door-sensor, exit-button and alarm terminals on board, and an optional SIP video door-phone client for assisted entry. It runs from −10 °C to 45 °C on 12 V DC and measures 203 × 92 × 21.5 mm.
